It's not often you come across an authentic log cabin, complete with wood fire and natural surrounds.

Travel down the palm lined Seppeltsfield Road and you will arrive at Seppeltsfield Holiday Log Cabins where you can escape the rat race and wake up to the sounds of kookaburras in the morning. There are eight acres of grounds, the views of the surrounding vines are beautiful and you will be delighted to meet resident pet pig Wilbur!

Enjoy the evenings' sunsets and retreat back to your cabin, open a bottle of red and warm by the fire. You can even make use of the two-person spa, available in six of the eight cabins.

Seppeltsfield Log CabinsEach cabin contains a queensize bed, television, microwave, toaster, refridgerator and tea and coffee making facilities. There is even a barbecue area that you can use free of charge.

Each deluxe cabin comes with breakfast provisions. Enjoy juice, bacon and free range eggs for breakfast, or simply a bowl of cereal and toast.

Situated only a stone's throw from the renowned Seppeltsfield Winery, the location is a feature in itself. Taste wines at the cellar door or take a stroll around the historic winery buildings and beautifully maintained gardens.

The Seppelts family established the surrounding vineyards in 1851 and if you continue your walk from the winery towards the village of Marananga you can enjoy breathtaking views from the magnificent Seppelt family mausoleum.

Seppeltsfield Log CabinsThere are many attractions in the area that you could easily spend a whole weekend exploring, although hosts Simon and Julie like to point out that sometimes, couples prefer to unwind in the comfort of their cabin, drinking wine in the spa and getting plenty of rest in the peace and tranquility that the area offers.
