Regency Hotel School & Regency Restaurants

Regency Hotel School is an institution that South Australia can be very proud of. The school teaches a wide range of industry skills, ranging from hotel and restaurant management to food and beverage preparation and cookery. As a part of these courses the school runs two very popular restaurants, Scholars and Graduates. The Regency Hotel School has over the years produced some of Adelaide's and in fact the worlds top chefs and restaurateurs. The cooking style in the restaurants is Modern Australian, covering a wide range incorporating European, Thai, Chinese and others. The exciting a-la-carte menus reflect current dining trends, with the emphasis on seasonal local produce. Menus change regularly and are further complemented by a comprehensive wine list continually updated to include recent releases. The restaurants both offer superb dining experiences at very affordable prices. Main courses range from $6.50 to $8.50 and quality bottled wines from $8 to $15.

As a part of their courses the students take an active part in food preparation and restaurant practices. The school has a large international contingency with a reputation for producing world class graduates.
